Moral and psychological climate is one of the most significant components in the structure of socio-psychological conditions and the most important factors of all life activity of labor collective. The high importance of the moral-psychological climate is due to the fact that it reflects the internal state of the labor collective, its psychological atmosphere.
In this connection, by the invitation of the Department, the topic of the lecture "Stress resistance: what is it and how to increase it" was spoken by psychologist Ludmila Dolzhikova, head of psychological research "Trust".
L. Dolzhikova said that the moral and psychological climate of the team is an essential factor of human activity, affecting the whole system of social relations, the way of life of people, their daily well-being, efficiency and level of creative and personal self-actualization. This influence can be very diverse, and its character depends on a set of factors, the main of which deserve special consideration.
